DISPATCHING : Merchandises travel without BRN composant's responsability. In dammage merchandises case, customer must :

• Unpack the parcel with delivery person,
• Confirm to carrier, by recommanded letter in next 3 day, all the dammage

COMPLAINTS : We must receive complaints in the next 3 days after merchandises reception.

GUARANTEE : In dammage case, we only change or repay dammaged merchandises.

RETURN : Merchandise's return can be done only after BRN composant's agreement.

ACCOUNT OPENING : First order is in cash payable. It must be done on society official paper and a RIB must be joined with.

PAYMENTS : Payment by Bank check at invoice reception or by draft accepted and domiciliated to 30 days the 10th . In anticipated payment's case, an 0,8% by month discount was gave.Penalty's rate for late payment are official rate + 50%.
